Before joining Realty ONE Group Music City, Cynthia has had a long and industrious career in real estate. From serving as a managing broker for the Spring Hill location of RE/MAX Fine Homes, to being one of the top sales agents for a local builder, Cynthia has had a world of experience in this highly competitive environment. In her time as a real estate professional, she has sold more than 1000 homes.
Prior to beginning her career in real estate, Cynthia served in the legal field as a certified legal assistant. She went on to become the Owner/Manager and closing agent for several title companies, including Mid-State Title & Escrow.
Cynthia, was an award winning salesperson for John Maher Builders ( the largest homebuilder in the city of Spring Hill, TN) for 18 years. During her tenure with the company, she was ranked in the top 10 agents for RE/MAX Elite. In 2012, Cynthia was recognized as the No 6 top producer overall out of 151 agents in her brokerage with a gross sales volume of more than $15 million for the year.
Cynthia has been the recipient of numerous awards and is a graduate of the Realtor Institute. She has served on the Williamson County Realtors Association Grievance Committee and has a long history of training other agents for success.
