He has also written over 100 published articles for the Tennessean's Sunday real estate section. He was highlighted on Fox News with 2 nationally known Real Estate TV hosts and He is seen regularly on The American Dream TV's Fox affiliated program. He has written a book "Your Middle Tn. Homes Sellers Guide Secrets to Getting Top Dollar when Selling in Today's Market".
Monte has been a Broker for over 34 years. He has owned 3 real estate companies. He was a leader with the Re/max organization for over 27 years and has won many of their top awards. He has been interviewed by the late Howard Brinton of Star Power Stars as well as Mike Cerone's `Master Mind Agent".
He has personally sold over 3000 homes in his career exceeding the 1 Billion dollar mark in career sales volume. His conviction is with an ever changing real estate market without current real estate sales experience many of today's brokers find themselves trying to lead their respective companies from theory or what may have been effective in the past.
Monte believes strongly in the importance of a consistent marketing message and has personally invested hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years in TV Radio Direct Mail Billboards movie theater adds full page newspaper adds etc. etc. He feels very clearly that the efforts and exposure all of these years here in the Nashville market have led to this moment in time to now create a thriving company with Realty ONE Group Music City that will soon become a house hold name.
Monte shares his life with his wife Connie and their 2 rescue dogs Otis and Lola. They have 3 children and 6 grandchildren that all live in Florida.
